常規通用批注

01批注否認船方責任

1、 船方不負責上述短卸。

Ship not responsible for the above shortage. 

2、 船方對兩港數字不一致不負責任。

Ship not responsible for the difference in the figures between loading and discharging ports. 

3、 船方不接受上述殘損。

Ship not accept above damage. 

4、 包裝不良造成殘損,船方不負責任。

Ship not responsible for damage caused by poor packing. 

5、 舊汽車(chē),船方不負責任。

Ship not responsible for second hand car. 


02批注否認理貨數字

1、 理貨數字不準。 

Tally figure incorrect (inaccurate). 

2、 不同意上述短卸。

Ship not agree to the above shortage. 

3、 卸貨中碼頭上有掉包,無(wú)法點(diǎn)清件數。

Impossible figure correct owing to fallen bags on wharf. 


03批注貨量根據岸上數字

1、 根據岸上理貨。

According to shore tally. 

2、 船上沒(méi)見(jiàn)理貨員。

No tallyman on board. 

3、 無(wú)人理貨。

Nobody tallying. 

4、 理貨員不在現場(chǎng)。

Tallyman no in the spot. 


04批注貨物事故責任

1、 上述殘損是在上海港卸貨造成的。

The above damage caused in Shanghai during discharging. 

2、 卸貨過(guò)程中造成殘損。

Damage caused by stevedores during discharging. 

3、 短捆溢支是工人卸散造成的。

Short bundle and over pieces due to the off-bundling by the stevedores during discharging. 


05批注其他不符合事實(shí)的內容

1、 全船貨物原收原交。

All cargo delivered as loaded. 

2、 聽(tīng)候船公司核準。   

Subject to ship owner’s approval. 

3、 箱破,內貨完好。   

Case broken ,Content’s intact. 

4、 貨物特性所致。     

Caused by cargo nature. 

5、 自然融化。         

Naturally melted. 

6、 被迫簽字。

Sign under protest. 


06批注其他符合事實(shí)的內容

1、 地腳貨全部卸下。

All the sweeping of cargo discharged. 

2、 短卸貨可能在上海港貨物內。

The shortlanded cargo maybe mixed up with the cargo for shanghai.  

3、 僅為收單而簽字。

Sign for mate’s receipt. 

4、 定量關(guān)不準。 

Fixed quantity inaccurate.


07批注有爭議的內容

1、 有爭議。            In dispute.

2、 船員理貨為1000件,理貨員理貨為990件。

1000 packages tallied by ship’s crew. 990 packages tallied by tallyman. 


08批注貨量

1、 據說(shuō)。              Said to be .

2、 理貨據說(shuō)。          Tally said to be.

01關(guān)于鋼材

跌下水的貨名,S/O No. 標志號碼,發(fā)生在第幾艙,事故發(fā)生日,時(shí),事故原因。

最后交裝卸負責人簽字。

而不能從以上兩數字抵消后寫(xiě)成: 5 Bags over in dispute. 以免在卸貨時(shí)由于各艙數字不明確而發(fā)生不必要的爭執.

糧食的批注:

二. 發(fā)霉/發(fā)潮,船方不負責貨損貨差及貨物狀態(tài).

在此清況下,可按(2) (3) 批注.
