In the background of "Belt & Road" initiative, adhering to China’s "Peaceful Rise" policy, CSTG is devoting itself to the buildup of overseas security forces with the attitude of kindness and defense priority.
Responding to the needs of the times, CSTG carries out the management to its team and each employee with militarized criteria. COURSE OF DEVELOPMENT
索馬里海盜泛濫，也對中國的海運造成重大影響。歐 洲是中國最大的出口貿易市場，在海運過程中，絕大多數 運往歐洲的商品不得不經過亞丁灣這片高風險區域，中國 每年平均共有 1265 艘左右商船通過這片海域，其中 20% 受過海盜襲擊，索馬里海盜行為給我們的國際貿易市場帶 來巨大的威脅。
索馬里海盜威脅著海上航行安全,中國安保技術集團與國際海事組織海上安保協會 達成戰略合作，在全球提供武裝護航服務，構建迅捷可靠的國際安全信息網絡和高效的 互動機制。
Statistics shows that an average number of 1265 Chinese merchant ships pass this area each year, 20% of which has suffered pirates’ attacks. It has brought a huge threat to our international trade market.
Therefore, CSTG came to reach a strategic cooperation with IMO Maritime Security Association, providing armed guards services around the world, building fast and reliable international information security network and efficient interaction mechanism.

SECURITY TRAINING
中國安保技術集團在北京建立國際安全培訓基地。根據實戰要求建設戰術訓練場， 障礙場，消防訓練場，防暴訓練場，巷戰訓練場，商船反劫持訓練場，體能訓練場，健 身房等設施齊全的先進設備，功能齊全的多媒體教室，為派駐海外的各類人員提供系統 的培訓。
中國安保技術集團斯里蘭卡子公司的商船反劫持安全培訓，獲得了國際海事組織認 可的海上安保服務資質，人員進行為期 3 個 月的封閉式軍事訓練，商船反劫持訓練，刀 術，捆綁與逃脫，處理應急事件，國際反海 盜法，BMP4 的培訓，鍛造過硬的本領，優 良的品質，扎實的作風；赴韓國進行為期一
個月的海上安全培訓，獲得同行業中不具備的人員特殊技能證書。
Based on an international security training center in Beijing, CSTG provides systematic training on tactics, obstacle-crossing, fire-fighting, anti-riot, street-fighting, merchant ships anti-hijacking and physical training as well as gym and multimedia classroom, so that all categories of dispatched personnel will be able to meet actual requirements.
Anti-hijacking training of Maritime Security Dept. of CSTG Sri Lanka branch has acquired the maritime security service qualification approved by International Maritime Organization. Each maritime security personnel must receive a three-month closed military training on merchant ships anti-hijacking, broadsword, bundled with escape, emergency response and intervention, international anti-piracy law, and BMP4 training to forge his operational proficiency, professional quality and working style. In addition, he also should pass a one-month maritime safety training at Republic of Korea for a specific skill certificate which most of counterparts don’t have.
組 織 結 構
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
調度室: 由來自大連海事學院的國內持有甲類 船長證書和屢次亞丁灣海盜區航行經歷的焦船長等 人調度協調，根據航線及船舶所在海域水文氣象提 供相關建議。
技防部: 公司駐有北斗衛星中控室，由中控室 對保護目標進行實時監控。
護衛隊員: 公司每年定向對海軍陸戰隊，海軍特種作戰大隊退伍人員在退伍前進行 招聘，且多人有過亞丁灣海盜區護航經歷，我公司篩選綜合能力素質過硬者作為航次護 衛隊長，外國隊員主要以烏克蘭、尼泊爾人為主，都是在陸地及海上有過多次執行任務 經驗，能力素質得到認可的隊員。
Control Room: It is scheduled and coordinated by captain Jiao and et al who are full-experienced in navigation around Aden gulf and hold a worldwide master's certificate, providing suggestions based on the sea lane and sea area’s meteorology.
Technical Protection Dept.: A control center based on BEIDOU satellite system is adopted to protect the target clients with real-time monitoring
Security Guards: CSTG recruits veterans annually from Marine Corps and Naval Special Warfare Brigade. Some of them have had the escort experience at pirate area of Aden Gulf. The voyage guard leader is strictly selected based on his capability, quality and experience, and the employed foreign guards are mainly from Ukraine and Nepal whose capabilities have been fully recognized and verified due to their past multiple tasks experience on land and at sea.

人防：人防主要以隊員安全主動防范為主，觀察瞭望提
高警戒做到早發現，早報告，早處理，對船舶進行安全的加 固，實地考察存在的安全隱患，對船上所有的船員進行培訓， 以及各種情況的處置，隊員隨船進行安全護衛，全天 24 小時 不間斷值班。
物防：物理防范體系，屬于被動型防范，主要是鐵絲網、 虎刺、水龍皮帶、假人、燃燒瓶及安全倉，加強駕駛室保護， 控制駕駛室、生活區及機艙的出入口，減緩海盜登船速度，
技術防范：技術防范為主導防范，利用衛星監控，實時掌握船舶的最新動態，海盜信息的 接收與數據分析，與國際反海盜組織的聯系與配合。航線的規劃、船舶雷達的利用，準確地預 測下一海域的安全系數。
Personnel Protection: Personnel Protection is conducted by escorting security guards on duty 24 hours a day, mainly includes initiative prevention, all-round observation, ship safety reinforcement, on-site survey, on-board crew training and disposal of all cases with the operational principles of early discovery, early reporting and early treatment.
Physical Protection: As a passive and auxiliary defensive approach, Physical Protection system mainly intends to delay the speed for pirates to board, including razor wire, Damnacanthus, water hoses, dummy, Molotov cocktails and security cabin. Protection on functional cabs such as navigation, control, living and engine rooms are to be strengthened by the control of entrances.
Technical Protection: As the dominant protection method, Technical Protection can get to know the updated real-time ship status and pirate information for the captain to make data analysis and safety factor anticipation of the next navigating sea areas by means of satellite monitoring, mounted radar and contact with international anti-piracy organizations.

中國安保技術集團斯里蘭卡子公司在索馬里海盜區域設置埃及、蘇伊士訓練基地、 加勒訓練基地、德班訓練基地、紅海 19°、17°設生活平臺，富查伊拉設生活武器平臺， 確保登船或下船時的便捷、零延誤。進而確保隊員在訓練后可以得到充分的休息，以便 進行高標準、高質量的護航。
Maritime Security Dept. of CSTG Sri Lanka Branch has set up some training bases in the Somali pirates areas, including Egypt training base, Suez training base, Galle training base, Durban training base, Red Sea 19 ° & 17 ° living platform, Fujairah living and weapon supply platform, where security team members can have fully rest after hard training and tough operation, ensuring a convenient and delay-free boarding/disembarking as well as high-standard and high-quality escort performance.
